Pelvic floor physiotherapy for women
    Pelvic floor physiotherapy for women

    1. How can we help you?

The aim of this service is to detect or prevent any injury involving the internal pelvic musculature and the abdominal and lumbopelvic complex, thus achieving through manual treatments, electrotherapy, breathing techniques, and therapeutic exercises, to completely eliminate pain and/or recurrent injuries.

With physiotherapy, we work on the condition and strengthening of the pelvic floor for better health of the musculoskeletal system and to rebalance the body in general, thus avoiding future injuries.

Think of your body as a box: above we have the diaphragm, below the pelvic floor, behind is our lumbar spine, and in front and on the sides, our abdominals… what good would it do to only do pelvic floor exercises daily, the famous kegels, if the rest of the abdominal quadrant is not functioning well?

You will learn to control your whole body so that you can be independent and develop healthy habits in the short and long term.
